I read a discussion on "human resources and team excellence ( http://carlobrunoblog.blogspot .com/2008/01/discussione-su-eccellenza-del-team.html ) and frankly it is impossible to give in to pessimism prevailing wrong. The future is referred to as the era of "knowledge economy" (read Republic) but we, on average, companies do not invest in staff, easier to replace an employee with a new, rather than work hard to motivate.
Indeed, in return, the company we can also save two pounds and "who cares" of quality.
